A cookie is a small file a website can store in your browser. Here is a straightforward explanation of which ones this website uses.
The short version: this website does NOT use analytics or advertising cookies
There is no Google Analytics, no social media pixels, and no cookie that tracks you across websites to show you ads. No cookie is set when you browse the menu, the cakes, the shops, the contact page or the order form.
The only cookie that exists on this site
The internal management panel (/admin), where the Kerrico team edits the menu and orders, uses a single technical cookie (kerrico_session) to keep the login session active. It is strictly necessary for the panel to work, does not track anything, and expires by itself after 12 hours. It is only set if someone logs into the panel — a regular visitor to the public website never receives it.
As it is neither advertising nor analytics, this cookie is exempt from the prior-consent requirement under Spanish law (LSSI art. 22.2): it is "strictly necessary" to provide the service the user has themselves requested (logging into the panel), which is why this website does not show a cookie consent banner.
How to manage cookies from your browser
Even though this website barely uses them, you can view, block or delete cookies from any site through your browser settings (in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge this is usually under "Privacy and security").
Changes to this policy
If this website were to add analytics or advertising in the future, this page would be updated first, and your consent would be requested before installing anything that is not strictly necessary.
